So we are motivated…
We are focusing on our main business…
We are ready to kick some ass!
As an entrepreneur one thing we must do well is spread risk.
We must look at every situation and calculate, what is the risk in this going wrong and how do I cover that risk?
Well, This is something I have learned to be good at, very good at!
As the emails I send become more and more in depth, you will learn much more about the skills I believe you should have and the skills I think you should learn as you journey through business, its successes and its failures.
For now, spreading the risk is going to look at other business opportunities.
We have the main one, the one where 98% of our focus is, the one where we will do all the learning and all groundwork. What we need now is some other business to spread the risk a bit. These should be things that take a few minutes a day and not divert attention from your main business.
These are often small returns (they can be big also) but these are things that grow overtime and can be massive.
These should be as automated as possible to keep your focus on your main business, because if you main one does fail then you still have these working away for you.
What you should also be thinking of is how do you work to outsource you main niche, so you can take on another main niche (yes you can have 2 main niches once one is fully successful and out source able!
In our future posts we’ll be talking in depth about how to build a business with outsourcing as part of one of the initial things to think about, but for now it is far more important to get that 1 main business working and to a level where you can think about outsourcing, this really is the key to making multiple streams of income!
